You can send and receive faxes, check e-mail, make copies, and prepare documents on site. Everything you need to conduct business as usual even if you're hundreds of miles from home. All Villas have internet connections and there are wireless connections everywhere--in the spa, on the beach, or around the pool.
ROOM SERVICE
If you don't wish to leave your room, you don't have to. Simply call down to room service for a perfectly prepared dinner with a vintage cabernet.
MEDICAL SERVICES
If you ever need medical attention, Villa La Estancia has a private physician on the premises with private care facilities, ensuring you have the same level of care and comfort you expect at home.

Twenty-four hour security is provided for the entire property of Villa La Estancia, and the surrounding beach grounds. As a resident of this exclusive community, you are also entitled to all of the privileges at our adjoining resort property, Villa del Palmar, next door.
DELI & MARKET
When you need food or supplies for your Villa, all you have to do is take a quick walk to our market. There you'll find everything from groceries and home essentials, to gifts for your friends back home-- dairy products, fresh breads and pastries, fresh fruits and vegetablesas well as packaged and canned goods, beer, wine and liquors. The deli and Internet cafe provide you the opportunity to check your email while enjoying a freshcappucino or a deli sandwich and salad. Prepared hot foods are also available.
GIFT SHOPS, ENTERTAINMENT RENTAL
The Villa La Estancia Village mall has it all. The on-site mini-mall can supply nearly all of your needs from hand-made, one of a kind jewelry, hand rolled cigars, custom rug looming, to DVD/VCR rental as well as Boutiques, Gift Shops, and local artist exhibits on the Plaza
FITNESS center
Looking for a complete workout? The fitness center at Villa la Estancia is a fully-staffed, comprehensive facility that is equipped with some of the most advanced cardiovascular and muscle-toning equipment available today. The workout area is over 3,000 sq. ft. of exercise bikes, tread mills, climbers, stair steps, complete work station, and complete set of dead weights. All in a clean environment with windows that look out to the fountain area, french doors, Perelli rubber floors and mirrored walls. The center even offers body composition analysis and personal training assistance. 2 Private Tennis Courts are available at no charge, and lighted courts are available for night play at a small additional charge.
FULL-SERVICE SPA
There are 2 seperate on-site European Spas at Villa La Estancia--a men's and a woman's, each with locker, complete bathrooms, steam, cold water plunge, sauna and jacuzzi. The spa is a retreat for both the body and soul. Come and give yourself the pampering you deserve in the spa's luxurious dressing rooms, hot tubs, saunas, and steam rooms. You can choose from a variety of rejuvenating treatments, including deep tissue massage, hydrotherapy, revitalizing facials, steam room and dry sauna. An in-Villa massage is also available from the spa.
LAUNDRY
If you don't want to use your Villa's washer and dryer, you can have our full-service laundry facility do it for you.
VILLA DEL PALMAR
Guests at Villa La Estancia have full access to facilities at Villa del Palmar, next door. Villa del Palmar has one of the best SPA's Los Cabos has to offer. The SPA pampersits patrons with exotic treatments in its 10,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility.The full service fitness center, with the latest in cardiovascular exercise, full range of"Paramount" workout equipment, and a wide variety of free weights, provides the perfectenvironment for the health-minded traveler.
